On 5th June 2008 Rawlison Butler’s Employment Team will be staging their Mock Employment Tribunal Hearing in association with Profiles Personnel.

This event will provide an excellent opportunity for managers, directors and HR professionals to experience a tribunal hearing and the kind of questioning that can be expected when defending claims brought by employees.

This year’s hearing will focus on age discrimination and unfair dismissal.

For employers whose cases end up at the Employment Tribunal there is always a limited extent to which they can prepare themselves for what actually happens at the hearing.

Attending a Mock Employment Tribunal Hearing is an ideal opportunity to see a real case – but with actors in the firing line – not you! This workshop will put you in a better position to successfully defend a tribunal claim in the future.
