This is a staff forum made up of an incredibly strong group of COO’s and Operations Directors, all driving high growth businesses.
Discussions cover a wide range of topics relevant to every member from staff appraisal processes to understanding social media to writing and managing a business plan
The forum has allowed me to mix with a fantastic group of similarly focussed professionals, sharing the experiences and challenges of driving our respective businesses forward. There’s always something of value to learn from meeting like-minded individuals and it’s been a great opportunity to build my professional and personal business skill set.
