This is a staff forum for Sales Directors. The group consists of senior professionals who manage the sales strategy for very different businesses and have been in sales for at least 11 years. They all have very different sales processes to manage, from a highly consultative, long lead-time sell to a fast-paced numbers game sell so there’s a huge amount to learn by drawing on each other’s extensive experience.

Lara Morgan chairs this forum so brings a wealth of knowledge from her experience launching, building and selling Pacific Direct for £20million in 2008

The Supper Club has provided a monthly environment which is an incredibly good way of allowing me to stand back from the business to discuss and share experiences, opportunities, insights and challenges with very like minded people, all of which contribute to developing and growing the business. The special guest presentations have been exceptionally good for provoking debates and understanding how the experiences can be applied to my business.
