Hosted by Alex Cheatle Structure before Growth

Tuesday 12th October 2010 / 06.30pm / £85 + VAT

Description

It is common for companies to take on new contracts, new clients or new markets before considering the structure and resource required to handle the growth. In this dinner you will discuss how to identify potential bottle necks, create the right structure, handle cultural changes and build in flexibility to grow without jeopardising your quality of product or service. You will all be asked to explain your current business model and how you plan to expand the company, then as a group you’ll discuss the best ways to achieve that growth and possible pitfalls as perceived by the other members. You’ll share ideas on looking ahead, planning future staff requirements and ensuring you have the right contracts in place with suppliers.

To maximise the value of the event and to ensure everyone gets to know everyone conversation is chaired and kept cross table until coffees. A member of The Supper Club team will be there to take notes and follow up the day after. A three course meal, wine and coffee are included in the price. There is a chance for informal networking before and after the meal in the bar area.
