During this dinner, you will discuss creative ways improving the work culture and creating an environment that helps attract and retain high quality staff. Members of your team are likely to remain loyal to your company for reasons that are not just financial. Discuss and share ideas with members who have different ideas to you.

To maximise the value of the event and to ensure everyone gets to know everyone conversation is chaired and kept cross table until coffees. A member of The Supper Club team will be there to take notes and follow up the day after. A three course meal, wine and coffee are included in the price. There is a chance for informal networking before and after the meal in the bar area.

Format

6.30pm – Meet in the private dining room for pre-dinner drinks
7.00pm – Begin with attendee introductions
7.15pm – Chaired discussion over 3 course meal with wine
9.15pm – Coffee and Supper Club feedback and updates
9.30pm – Retire to the bar for optional drinks and networking
